Staff were very friendly.easy check in/out.they help with luggage storage because we arrive early and they were reliable. My booking comes with breakfast for 2 but they dont charge my 3 children for food was brilliant!

One of the standout features of the property was the spacious room, which provided ample space to move around. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the view of the town from my room was quite nice. The location is convenient as it's close to Parkson, Uniqlo and Watson. The food ordered from the hotel was exceptional. Wrapped in cling wrap over the food is a good method to keep it clean.

1. The lobby area where you can access to the rooms was beautiful. 2. The cleanliness of the room was just nice. 3. The pool for kids was also quite spacious. 4. Easy access to shopping mall below the hotel.

Room size; best location; room was well-lit but not the bathroom; fantastic outside view; sufficient furniture. Yeah, overall we were happy with the room except for the air-conditioner.
